Well I'm not too happy with them... I placed an order for a coat and 2 pairs of jeans from the clearance area on December 21st. Anyhow I called them tonight to find out that they over sold stock on hand and I would not be receiving my order. I asked why someone had not called me or emailed me about this... response was "...they should have, sorry". Asked what they could do OR I just need to wait for inventory (I know clearance), response was "I can find you a similar coat but you will just have to pay more". Needless to say I'm not too happy. I would think Dickies is large enough to have an online store that does not over commit what they have on hand.
