    Makita 10.8V drill combo - $129 BORG

    10.8V Drill and Impact Driver. Looks alot like the bosch models. $129 at BORG. I saw this at the Carson, CA branch. Regular is $179

    Man, that would be a great deal.
    I have the set and they are really nice.
    at $129 it is a steal.

        Update on this sale please...

        I have been watching this Makita drill set since Jussi first mentioned it a few weeks ago.
        My 2 HD's (in central NJ) have a pile of them but they have always been tagged at $179.

        Is anybody anywhere on the east coast seeing them at $129 ?? If so can you please
        mention where and what is the SKU of them. Thanks if you do.

            Sorry Ed, but I didn't actually buy the Makita set since I already had the Bosch Although I hear the Makita is actually a little better with more torque on the impact and faster revs on the drill. I just took note of it as I thought it was a pretty good deal. They had a couple dozen the first time I saw them but when I was there last week they only had a few boxes left.

            If I'm there and they still have one I can take a pic of the display with the price.
