The body grip routers from Milwaukee are some of the best handling I have used. I have a couple of Milaukee routers including their 3 1/2HP that lives in my table and they are really well built and have some of the best motors I have used. This deal for $70 plus $5 for shipping seems pretty nice. A normal new price for these routers is usually over $130.
The only drawbacks to this router for some people is that it is 1 3/4HP instead of the 2 1/4HP that most of the manufacturers are putting in their multibase kits, and this doesn't have variable speed. However, for a general purpose router spinning the bits you would normally use in a hand held router, this seems like a heck of a deal.
