Canadian deal on Bosch jigsaw/trimmer

I don't know if it's Canada wide, but in BC, our House of Tools flyer is advertising a free Bosch colt single speed laminate trimmer with the purchase of a Bosch jigsaw (1587 AVSK) or the big Bosch router (1619 EVS).

Anyone have the jigsaw? Is it worth getting or would I be better off spending some extra $$ to get the 1590?

Both the Bosch jigsaws are excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend either one. There have been some posts about the 1587 and 1590 that you can find on the forum. If you look through this thread you can find some comments on the 1587 and 1590.

i have the bosch barrel grip jigsaw,
Best i've ever owned or used...i like this grip a lot more than the standard D-handle type now..its one of my most quality hand powertools ,the others are bosch also.
im now a big fan of bosch's hand powertools. the 1HP "colt" router is fantastic too.
