According to my math it would be less expensive to just order four 24" or 40" clamps separately. The 24" are $25.19 each which would make the price for four $100.76, and four 40" ones would be $125.96 for four @ $31.49 each.

Your math is right, obviously whoever wrote the AD 's math is not as good...

Just called WC customer service to clarify this. They tell me there's no way I can be seeing the sale prices on individual clamps on their website, despite the fact that I am seeing them... They had me log out (even though I wasn't logged in) and enter their website manually, then click on the Bessey Blowout banner, whereupon the sale prices pop back up just as before. They claim it doesn't work that way when they do it (regular prices only appear), and they can't even come close to explaining why the sale price of the 4-pack is higher than the price of 4 individual clamps... I got so pissed at their insistance that I could not be seeing what I am sitting here looking at that I finally just gave up...

Using Kris's link, they do show on sale, but using their menus, they do not.
Seems like a lack of communication somewhere.

I did not need a link to see the sale prices... Just clicked on the Bessey banner on their front page. It seems however, that since my call they have changed that, as the sale price no longer appears on the individual clamps (sorry... ).

That's odd. I just clicked on the link from Kris' post and it still shows the individual clamps on sale. I even put one in my shopping cart and the sale price again showed up.

If you're interested in getting the clamps it would probably be better to just do it on the web!

I stopped by Woodcraft last night and picked up 4 bessey 24's for the 107.96 price. I think the handles are the newer design, with the black rubber swirls.

I also picked up 4 of the Woodcraft brand 12" K-bodies. When looking at my receipt today I noticed that they rang up as being on sale for 25.19 ea. I don't recall seeing any advertisement though.

The $25.19 price for the 12" is exactly the same as the erstwhile sale price on the 24". I think WC needs a new webmaster... Doesn't seem like one hand knows what the other is doing over there...

I thought it was strange too. That price was on my receipt from the local store in Fort Worth.
