I'm so glad that you asked. In order to promote their search engine, live.com, Microsoft is running this promotion with certain online vendors. When you follow all the directions found here, then you can get 25% of your ebay purchase price back after 60 day delay, up to $250 total refund and three refunds per userid. Other online vendors participate, but not necessarily at 25%.
It's time to talk to the wife and convince her how much money you can save by spending it today!

I'm only seeing TOOLKING as a vendor with 12 % off, but I've never seen 'ebay' come up on the screen as a vendor, and i've never seen 25%. Am I doing something wrong here?

Reason: wrong
You don't need a parachute to skydive, you only need a parachute to skydive twice.
No matter how you link to ebay, it works. So, I just search for "grizzly" on live.com and the link comes up at the top of the results. I think it's in the "sponsored results" list. At any rate, once you've linked to ebay from them, you'll see "25% cash back" at the top. From there, you're golden. Good luck to you!
Be sure that you follow all the directions though and have a live.com account and that you're ready. If you do it correctly, you'll see something about the cashback every step of the payment process in ebay. apparently, the rebate doesn't count on the shipping portion.
I don't trust this whole thing. Bill Gates doesn't give you ANYTHING for nothing and I don't believe he's suddenly going to start now, in addition to which what difference does it make if you have a P.O. box instead of a street address for them to send you a check, yet they won't let you sign up with a box. I don't know what the 'gotcha' is going to be, but I have no doubt whatsoever that there will be one, and probably a big one.
We certainly assume some risk in this, but numerous folks have already received their rebates and everything worked out. They're also gathering information about us perhaps?
Microsoft has a real uphill battle to overtake google... So they are apparently using the power that they have and trying to buy our search engine loyalty.
the idea behind the po box is that you could go rent 100 boxes and get 3 cashback deals per box. With a street address you are stuck with the 3 deals as per the restrictions.
I have used this twice so far and have it showing in my "ms live" box. So I have no doubt it is for real. But it does make me wonder how many millions of dollars this is costing MS.
I have one - its great. I was cutting some nice walnut ply yesterday, zero tearout.
I had a GM for about two weeks a couple of years ago, but a friend needed a good blade cheap and needed it "now", so I let it go. It had a thicker kerf than my other favorites, but with the new saw it doesn't matter. I'm happy to get another shot at it at a good price.

MS and Ebay are pretty big companies to get away with scamming thousands of people. They're getting a whole bunch of free advertising on the web by doing this. There's a 60 day wait but I don't anticipate any issues getting the money. My account shows $513 pending:
Summary
Total pending cashback: $513.19 Total available cashback: $0.00 Total paid cashback: $0.00 Total cashback: $513.19

I really think the only way this makes sense is if the Live.com vendor ALSO has an eBay store. That way they are getting benefit from MS marketing of their store.
Why else would Live.com have a vendor list?
Also, many vendors specifically note that you cannot combine discounts OR coupons are not accepted for certain brand names.
