I can't find any info or reviews on this unit or the FE84. Does anyone own one?

Noticed it was $80 in april. I only have an occasional use so maybe I'll give it a shot.

Cost in my Amazon Drop Box was $65.80 with the possibility of maybe saving $10 more usinf the Bill Me Later special promotion (not sure about that).

If you really want a planer consider the Bosch models. Yeah they are a bit more expensive - particualrly the top of the line one. You can get the smaller Bosch "factory" reconditioned with warranty now for $59 from CPO Bosch and it has a lot of great reviews. Take a look at it and right away you see 3 features compared to the Frued. - A better adjustable fence, that the chips can be exausted to either side, and that the depth can be easily controlled by twisting the front knob. Bosch blades will be availabe a lot of places also.
