Milwaukee Matched Rail and Stile Router Bit Set $39.95

Amazon gold box sale is roughly $20 off of regular price, for today only. Half-inch shank. Page says it includes free shipping. Cannot vouch for the quality.

I ordered one. Got it in less than a week. Arrived damaged due to improper packaging. The carbide was chipped because the plastic the bits came in was not closed or stapled securely and the bits were floating around in the box during travel. Only one "pillow" was in a 6x6x12 inch box to cushion/protect it. Have to wait till Monday to contact their CS Dept to complain and return it. Because of this I would not recommend buying this item. There were similiar complaints on web sites regarding this.

A while back, maybe two years?, I tried to purchase a router bit set. Same problem and it happened three times. They just put the store package product in a shipping box with air cushion packing. On the last try I even recommended the packing method, i.e. open the package, put a spacer between bits and tape up the package. No go. Amazon CS was great to try all three times and finally refunded my money. When the third try failed they said they could not ship it again. Really wanted the bits, super price but their shipping department just could not package and ship the product without chipping the carbide.
You would thing that this recurring problem has got to be costing somebody enough money for them to do something about it.

My bits arrived in exactly the same condition as you described. I contacted customer service and they promised to send out two new bits "packaged properly this time". We'll see. I will report back when I, hopefully, receive the new bits.

After talking with their Customer Service, they said they would send me a replacement unit and to keep the first package. The second package arrived with the Blister pack taped shut and the box stuffed with "peanuts". Everything was in good condition.
