    skil hd77$65 CS

found these posts on Slick Deals. Can anyone here confirm?

    first post
Home depot has the wrong price in the system. these saws are supposed to be priced at 129.00 but are in the system at 50% off so they ring up for $64.50. saw this deal in orange county, ca today. can't say how long until they either sell out, or fix the price. SKU 200-264. call your local store, and check availability of this sku. good luck. by the way this is a contractor grade heavy duty 7 1/4 worm drive circular saw

I saw at least 6 marked at $64 in HD yesterday. Not sure if this is the made in China one, 13A. They are replacing it with a 15A version. I have the Bosch WD which I like better otherwise I would get one. I will check if this is a USA model if any are left when I go back.

    wow!

This thing got 28 reviews and every one of them is 5 stars! Even the people who complained about certain aspects of it gave it 5 stars!

It was originally posted on 6/27 on slickdeals, most people aren't finding them now, they're gone.

I found some in Palmdale/Lancaster ,CA. They are 12A which is strange, all other verions are 13A or 15A motors, according the the SKil Bosch site. They may have parts made in China but are assembled here. Seems weird as it is not a clearance item.

        12 Amp???

Did it say that on the box or on the tool? If the box does not accurately reflect what's inside, they might be clearing those out? I've never heard of a 12 amp??

Stopped at a Lowes today and peak at the CS display
They were stocking the new versions labeled SHD77 and the titanium model
No mention on box as to country of assembly or manufacture but both 15 AMPS

Neither did I. I will look at a box today but the one I saw I did not see any specs.

Yes, and they are 12A saw's, not retail of $135 as he claims, he bought 10 so there went the stock. Just love CL!
