18V Dewalt Drill/Hammer Drill $99 @ HD

I was in Home Depot yesterday looking for 2 18V batteries for my drill and they had them for $119 for two. I looked on the Dewalt display and they had 18Volt Drill/Drivers for $99! I bought two of them and they were bought in Michigan. I don't know if they are doing that deal everywhere, but if you need a great drill or new batteries, its a heck of a deal. Original price was $199.

I was in BORG last week and was chatting with the tool guy and he said that they were switching over to lithion-ion batteries.

Maybe they are cleaning out old inventory.

I picked one up. It's model DC987K2. I sold my older drill and batteries for $70 so I ended up paying $30 before taxes.

There was also some skil drills for sale and the smaller Dewalt drill for $149.
