Just a note. This is eligible for free standard shipping, but NOT for Amazon Prime 2-day free shipping. If you order using Amazon Prime one-click, you will get a $70 shipping charge (and possibly a minor cardiac episode). I was able to change to standard (free) shipping after getting the e-mail but before the order had advanced too far in processing.

How do these compare to the Pittsburgh brand sold at Harbor Freight? I've found the threads starting to strip with the very little use my Pittsburgh clamps have seen.

I've been using my Pittsburgh clamps for years with no problems whatsoever... Maybe you're trying to clamp too hard?

Denali clamps

I bought a set when they were 99.99, sold half of them (for $50) and have had no problems with them. Can't see how you could beat it at this price.

Ordered mine Wed night after I saw this post and they just arrived via UPS free ground shipping. The box was in sad shape but all the clamps were there and in good condition. Thanks for the heads-up Mark.
