That's the one I'm looking to get. I believe it went down to $99 before. I've been looking for a good right angle drill for spots too small even for my PS40.

I've got the PS20 and the I-Driver...had them for well over a year now. The PS20 is my most used tool in the shop next to my table saw. I LOVE that thing. The battery never seems to run out, its small, feels great in your hand, pops right in a tool belt pouch, and has great power. They didnt have the PS40 out when I bought mine, but I would have rethought my Makita 18V lithium set purchase if it was (in which case, I rely on the impact driver a LOT). The I driver, for me, doesnt get used as much as I thought it would (not NEARLY as much as the PS20)...and if you havent seen one in person, it is likely bigger than you think. Still the pivot head is great, and it certainly has come in handy once or twice where my PS20 couldnt go...

My guess is that the PS20 denotes no battery or charger, and that the PS20- 2 denotes a kit that includes a charger and 2 batteries.

Now I have to make a decision concerning greed. Lowes did a price match with HD so I paid $90 plus tax for the PS20-2 last week. Do I dare go back in and ask them to re-ring it today so I qualify for the rebate? This would be the perfect unit to keep at my Mom's house for all the little fix it things. (Since I also own the PS40 I have two chargers).

I think your misreading that. Buy one (with batteries and charger), get one free (without batteries and charger), may help.
