As the official representative of the Bean Eaters, we thank you.

Seems the price went up slightly since...

If you have patience you can find a used RAS of same or better quality , best if not used in a commercial shop. I bought a DW T1531 [cir. 1968] 12" blade,17A/8.5A;120/240V, solid CI arm, built like a tank, looks almost new, 1 owner very light use, for $150. No run out, Quietest motor I have ever heard for that HP. Sears/CM model 100's are also good 10" saws with a solid CI arm. I see those all the time on CL. I have one that was free with a tool chest stand that need some minor work.

I bought that Makita saw a few years back when they mistakenly had it priced at around $35.
I never understood the concept of the LED light. In even moderate room light it can't be seen at all. And who would operate that kind of tool in the dark?

I use a Makita with an LED light on a rail cutting system. I like the light because it reminds me the saw it powered up - otherwise useless.
