Several people have it over at Sawmill Creek, in the Eurekazone forum. They all seem to like it, but wish it had a break. I googled something mentioned over there, and this may end up as an interesting case (European company and their patents, verses an American company and its patents). It looks like the price is dropping due to Positec being sued over it (patent infringement on the tilt handle by Milwaukee tools).

The dust chute that is/was supposed to come with it, seems to be the only contention (is it still available? The eight month none yet, Amazon reviewer, got a package recently, and it wasn't the correct part).

I have the Worx and it's my go-to for breaking down lumber but use the PC Mag for my guide rails. I didn't pay much attention but I thought I read at Sawmill Creek that Eureka Zone is stocking DC connections for most if not all major saws.

Dino stocks the Bosch dust collector attachment. It can be modded to fit just about any saw. On the CS10 and CS20, it is a straight fit (designed for those models).
Now he has made his own, for use in the front of the saw, and he recently got these in stock (don't know quantity).
However, Bosch was either the second or third to release one. Ryobi was first (model available at the borg), then either the Worx, or the Bosch (don't remember which came first). Worx was supposed to come with it, although they came in after they started selling the saws, the Bosch, came out late, and was sold separately (more for shipping then the chute).

I am looking for small lightweight saw that I can dedicate to cutting sheet goods using a saw board. I wonder how well this saw would work for that.

Has anyone physically compared this saw to the small Ryobi model #: CSB122 that home depot sells for around $40.00?

Worx is an excellent saw. Go for it. Price has dropped to 44$ and only 2 left in stock. Free shipping and the price would end up the same as the RYobi. I definitely recommend Worx over the ryobi one. My ryobi broke in few months. My worx works great.

So did I. I don't have a huge need for a CS, but it's cheap and looks to be a LOT nicer than the POS Skill saw I have.

Here is a link to the manufacturers web site where you can download a parts list and user manual.

                            Some questions answered

Yesterday, I called them up to ask why no Dust Collector was listed in their owners manual, yet there is one and mounting holes exist.
I also inquired about the foot plate grove and the two black inserts alongside.

I got a follow up Email today-

I have information from our product manager in China regarding the base of the Bladerunner we discussed yesterday. The channel was placed in the base to work with a Worx guide rail system. This guide rail is being tested and still under development. I do not have an ETA for it at this time. The two black blocks are intended to allow for adjusting the clearance between the rail and the base.

Possibly the Festool FS1400 guide or a Bosch guide will work with the saw, but there is no engineer’s verification of it. In the meantime, we will arrange your vacuum adapter as soon as possible. Thanks sincerely for your inquiry.

As far as I know (don't know a reg number), it is now an EU regulation that requires the use of a guide with a circular saw. (why so many are using rails, mostly Festools, over there). Since you have it, you could go look at some of the DeWalt and Makita models sold over there, as they rebrand the Festool rail.
