HD had them for $29 for a short window of time near xmas. It is very solid and seems powerful enough.

If you do any assembly work this will save you so much time compared to any other tool.

Wal-Mart had them for $29 a few weeks ago, and I picked one up. It's okay, but not everything you would think it is. It has a pretty low torque level on the power driving. Basically, it will 'snug up' a nut, but that's it. When you let go of the power button, it's a regular ratchet that you can then tighten down the nut by hand. Convenient and handy, but only worth $30 in my opinion.
