OK, I know there was a thread on the FUBAR for $15. However, I went to Target today to see if I could get one for $20, and found out that there were two there for $7.50 each.
But the reason I'm posting this is there were also these really heavy duty lineman's pliers and 8" channel pliers for only $1.27 each.
YMMV, but it would seem that a lot of their Stanley stuff is being clearanced.
A tip, is that if you take the item to their price scanners and you get an "item not found" message or it doesn't provide the price, then it's probably on clearance and dirt cheap.
