I know Sears isn't too popular around here at the moment, but if you are interested (From Slick Deals):

Whatever happened to them being mailed to us, like they were going to be originally, as CC members?

I went last year to mine, for one, and they were gone.
She couldn't tell the difference between the escape pod, and the bathroom. We had to go back for her.........................Twice.

The mailing was probably one of the overhead expenditures that got cut when K-Mart bought Sears.

no calendar sent this year, but they did send me (which arrived today) a postcard which states that I can receive a calendar, in-store, with my CC card.

they probably think that if they give you an incentive to go to the store (to pick up the calendar), that you most likely will purchase something while you're there.

I have never, ever received any mailings other than when they actually sent me the CC card. I depend on one of my employees to show me whatever he gets in the mail and, so far haven't been too impressed.
Is it possible that you actually have to buy something to get on their mailing list?

Sears has been sending me CC calendars for years and I get all the CC flyers, but they will NOT send me a dang CC card I have applied many times via mail and online, but I never get a response or card. I have explained this in the store and they just hand me another application form to mail in. For all I know, I have probably been a member for many years, but I have no way of knowing.

I too got the postcard a few days ago, but I don't know if it will do me any good to drive to the store for a calendar. If I can't ever get a CC card, the coupons don't help me much.

Jeff, call the CC at 1-800-682-8691 and tell them you didn't receive your card and want another one. I had the same problem, and then I received 2 in the mail after calling.

FYI, here is the CC website.
What if there is no tomorrow?....there wasn't one today!

Thanks for the number Barry. I called them and I am indeed a CC member, but have just never gotten a card. They had my correct address, but a phone number from where I lived 14 years ago. At least I got the member number until I get the replacement card in the mail.
