I saw this too but have also seen good reviews for the HF $30 meter.

Rockler had them on sale in November for $50. For $50-60, I would stick with the name brand over HF IMHO.

An observation:

I tried to price compare this item with the free shipping code and without the code. The thing I noticed was the tax being charged was higher with the non-free shipping. How can they add taxes on a shipping charge?

I'm sure its done on everything and everywhere but I just now noticed it.

Because it's a Sales Tax and the shipping cost is part of the sale price as far as the government is concerned.
