        13% off what?

Rockler charges sales tax in states in which it has stores. Required by law. Those who are not charged tax are legally bound to pay state sales tax to the local authority for online purchases.

I wonder why Rockler does that and WoodCraft does not ?

Uhhh, the normal price does not include free shipping which is freight at around $150 to $250 per unit.

This unit rarely goes on sale. I know of at least 10 people who have bought the unit under this deal at woodnet and SMC.

Woodcraft does. At least in NC and PA they do. They should be collecting any state sales tax in any state that they have a B&M store.
