      EDIT -- Next time I will make sure to quote you Cheeky, that was not fair.

      [QUOTE=Cheeky;309098]without laser, was edited

      ================================================== =======

      They are both dual compound miter saws, one has a laser, the other doesn't.

      http://www.hitachipowertools.com/sto...rrPath=1,12,63,

      It looks like these promos were just coming out when I posted the Hitachi C8FB2 deal.

      I checked to see if these 10" saws had the promos before I posted; but they were not there.

      I have the C10FSH, its a great saw.

          I ordered the 10" slider w/o the laser the first week of Nov. when it was $409. Last night I called Amazon and after 5-10 minutes of convincing I was told they credited my account back $26 dollars.

          I'm still not sure if I want to keep the saw or not though, but that is another discussion.

            UPDATE:
            I received my free router today via FedEx.

            *Mini Gloat* I decided not to keep the miter saw/stand after all. I sold the saw for $375 and the stand for $100 on CL. So I paid $383 for the two, sold for $475, making $90 dollars, and my free router arrived today!

              Have any of you checked to make sure these are not factory reconditioned tools?

                they would say factory-reconditioned if they were recon tools.
