Just a simple correction, it is for a 3-1/4 HP not 3-1/2. I have an older version of this router and 6 years later, it is still one of my favorite shop tools

No, this is the Freud FT2200. The FT3000 has the above the table bit change, height adjustment, etc. - seems to be priced at $289 everywhere.
