I just came from Lowes and noticed that they had most Hitachi quick-change drill/drive sets 1/2 price. I still remember the first Makita QuadDriver I bought more than ten years ago, don't know how I got by with out it. The Hitachi set at Lowes with the 4 sizes of countersinks is only $5.49 and includes a bonus: a magnetic extension and a dozen #2 phillips bits in its own case. Two replacement drill bits alone run at least $3. Almost all the Hitachi drill accessories marked clearance.
On a seperate note, the Kobalt ball-bearing tool boxes were also marked clearance. I didn't crunch the numbers, I'd say 20-30% off. The 5 drawer bottom with the 7 drawer top was ~370 for both, on sale.
