    Pre-Bargain for Bosch Jig Saw & Colt Router

    I saw this in an article about International Tool in Woodworking Journal. I now own this exact model of jig saw based on forum opinions and a previous bargain alert in early winter of 2007 @ $119 plus shipping. I really like the saw and tossing in the Colt which got great reviews (and I wish I had) for another $30 IMHO makes it a bargain if your willing to wait a few weeks.

      A pretty good deal for anyone looking for both. I think they are pretty much the top of the class.

      I don't like the blade change on the 1587 though. I've had mine for several years, and that is my only complaint. If I were buying new today, I'd still get a Bosch; but with a different blade change mechanism.

      I'm wanting to get a Colt someday. Haven't got to use one though.
      If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much space.

          Note: This colt is the PR10 single speed not the PR20 variable speed if that's important to you.
