Amazon New Promotion

Amazon has a new promotion where you buy a power tool and get an accessory 20% off. The sad thing is you dont get the discount when you place your order and no one at amazon knows how and when you will get it. I placed an order and the items are being prepared for shipment and the discount still doesnt show up. Anyone else used this promotion yet?

Just got off the phone with Amazon. Now they are saying that after you place the order and it has been charged to your credit card they will issue you the 20% credit. Not sure if it will go to your card as a credit or show up as credit on your amazon account.
