What are the dates on the September Craftsman Club flyer?

While shopping in August (when I bought the 21829 TS - 314.00 & the Combo router - 99.00) the salesman told me about the club. He showed me the August flyer, so I called & signed up. I was given the discounted prices immediately but they said it would take 6 weeks or so before I would get an ID & begin receiving offers.

I may have to stop by the store & take a look at the flyer.

    Thanks for the info.

I sent in my form a couple of weeks ago - haven't received my card. Could you provide the phone number?

Phone number for the Craftsman Club is 1-800-682-8691.

I stopped in on a Friday last month. Salesman told me about the Craftsman Club & that I could apply over the phone & begin receiving the benefits immediately. I called on Saturday & was told if I made a purchase to have the salesman call the club. On Monday I bought the TS, router & other stuff. Had a few issues trying to determine if I was a club member. The manager used his ID & I received the discounts.

The Friends & Family was actually the night before on Sunday evening....If I would have bought then...would have save another 10%.

I did get my ID number this morning & was able to successfully signon & get to the website.

I stopped in at Sears on Friday night, August 17th. The regular price was 449.99 & it was on sale for 399.99. The salesman told me they were going to have a 'friends & family' sale Sunday evening, but the saw would no longer be on sale. So the 10% savings off the regular price of 449.00 would put me at 405.00 near the 399.00 sale price.

He gave me the Craftsman Club flyer for August 19-25. It showed the 21829 listed as 449.99 regular price, sale priced for 349.99 & the Craftsman Club price as 314.99.

I called & signed up for the Craftsman Club on Saturday August 18th. I didn't really know about the friends & family so didn't go back until Monday August 20th. I bought the saw for 314.99, the club price. If I would have bought it on Sunday night at the friends & family, I could have save another 10% or 31.00.

Hope this clarifies it. I think I got a pretty good deal but could have been even better. I decided to use the savings & get the extended warranty.

                21829 for sale...local pickup only

I also bought a 21829 for $315 but never picked it up (decided to buy a Craftsman 22114 instead). If anyone lives in South Florida and wants to buy this BT3 clone, pm me and we can meet at Sears where you can pick it for $334 (tax included).
What if there is no tomorrow?....there wasn't one today!
