You have to provide the stretchers for the Deltas at Lowes. Either would be fine.

HUL is a pain to assemble, mounting can be difficult and requires an open base with plenty of access. Also a bit shaky with a 400-500lb saw . . .

Is the delta base at Lowe's in the local stores, or the web? I have not seen these in Lowe's. I am looking for a couple of these for my tools.

The delta bases are at the local stores. I don't have the SKU on me, but it's in another thread. Do a search and you'll find it. I recomend calling the stores and seeing if an area store has them in stock.

          craftsman mobile base

Chris, if that is the #22303 mobile base...definately get it, it is the good one.
I have one of those under my BT3100 and I like it better than the Delta ones
I bought at Lowe's a couple of weeks ago when they were on sale for $12.00

Really? I didn't think it'd fit the BT3100 stand... I think I measured my stand to be about 28.5", and the mobile base gets up to 28" max
