Hitachi 13" Planer Blade $1 at Lowes Santee

I saw four or five of them marked from 29.95 to $1. I don't own a Hitachi Planer, or I would have been all over them. They were hidden in a bucket below underneath some tool belts.

First Delta blades now this. Too bad I don't have any of those planers. Crossing my fingers for Dewalt planer blades are next. Come on yellow!!!!

Wow! That's a great deal.

The only good thing I ever saw my local Lowes put a good clearance price on was the Hitachi planer,and I bought one.

They never did put the blades on special,and they don't even have them in stock anymore.

Has anyone tried these planer blades in any other brand 13" planer, such as the Ryobi, Dewalt, or Sears? I wonder if there is anything unique to these, such as mounting holes, or whether they would cross fit other applications.
