Jeff - is there a promo or did it go back up? It's at $129. $92 is a great deal

Just one of Amazon's pricing mysteries. I saw this on another forum. It was down to $90 and change.

You are too late. It was priced at $90.68 only yesterday (08/16/2007). You snooze...

Gary, Your message meant to go to somebody else? I don't have BD router lift. I have a router raizer with my Hitachi M12V

Probably aimed at me . . . I have a Bench Dog router lift on order with Amazon. Still showing 08/29 - 09/12 delivery date. Probably should have gone with the Jessem lift that fits the BD CI table that was on sale and in stock at the time I ordered the BD. I am beginning to think Amazon is wise to me . . .

Yes, was for Jeffrey...sorry to hijack this thread...but, what Jessem works with that CI table? I thought you had to use their lift or keep the plate?

Holy crap! It is on sale too!

                  http://www.amazon.com/JessEm-02102-M...7303265&sr=8-2

Edit: Note it appears the JEssem lift will not allow the router motor body to come through the opening if you use larger 3.25 motors. Only 2.25 motors will fit through opening. Gives BD lift a pretty decent advantage IMHO.

I think you already answered this in a previous post but I can't seem to find it. Do you know which Jessem lift will fit a Hitachi M12v?

Also, be careful with the Jessem on Amazon. At one time they were an older style with a drive belt system not the new direct drive.

BTW - I have a WP Quick Lift and have been using it with my big Milwaukee for about a year now and love it.

What an incredible price through...$167. What did you end up picking up the BD for again when on sale?

And when you're saying the motor wont fit through, you mean like this picture (which is the Bench Dog lift)...the Jess-em wont do this with a 3.25?

BD was $200 +/- 2 or 3 bucks. That of course included the incredible GMC Sander! LOL!

Exactly. The Jessem lift will show a router motor going through the top. The motor being shown is a 2.25HP PC motor. The 3.5 Milwaukee or PC will not fit up *through* the router plate. This makes a world of difference in changing bits about the table IMHO. Also comes in to play some what if you are using a sled for end cuts on stiles. If you do use a smaller 2.25 hp router in the Jessum or BD you will need a collar to make it fit in the larger opening. The Jessem also needs a shim kit to fit the 3.5 Milwaukee. I *believe* the BD will accomodate the Milwaukee without collars or shims.
