It looks like the discounts are working properly now. I was having problems getting 20% off to apply to Bench Dog lift with purchase of GMC sander for around $10. Today it is working. You can also use the promo more than once if you like. Looks like the GMC sander is the lowest priced item to qualify one for the 20% off accessories.

I've been wondering about that. Do you mean they'll give you the 20% off several accessories if you buy them with a qualifying power tool? The verbage "and an accessory" makes it look like the discount will be applied to only one.

Or does 'more than once' mean you can buy another power tool and another accessory?

CAUTION: It will only apply to the lowest priced accessory. Example you buy $279 Bench Dog lift and $20 Bench Dog feather board you will get 20% off the $20 item. Therefore it makes sense to buy the higher priced item with the sander, then place a second order for smaller items.

While that is what happens, that shouldn't be the case - see below where it says all:
