Kreg K3 Master Kit and GMC detail sander 88.00 after rebate

Was browsing amazon to try to fulfil my needs to find good deals and found these items can be combined together for an excellent deal for the kreg master kit and a gmc sander.

The K3 kit is the gem here, and the sander is just the filler, so you could always buy a powertool you really want. i am guessing from the sales ranking this is the cheapest filler power tool right now.

Anyway here's the scoop, the K3 kit has 2 discounts plus a rebate that can be stacked,

these two, come off automatically at checkout as long as you add a powertool,

Save $15.00 instantly at checkout when you spend $100.00 or more on select hand tools or power tool accessories offered by Amazon.com. Here's how (restrictions apply)
You can save an extra 20% at checkout on this power tool accessory offered by Amazon.com when you buy a qualifying power tool from Amazon.com. Here's how (restrictions apply)

And kreg is also offering a 20.00 mail in rebate

    so it is

    Kreg K3 master kit 139.00
    GMC detail sander 12.66
    - 20% discount -27.80
    - $15.00 discount -15.00
    ________
    Amazon total 108.86

    - $20 mail in rebate -20.00

    Grand total of 88.86

here's the links to the items

    http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg...X0DER&v=glance

    and

    http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg...X0DER&v=glance

I see that they have many accessories listed with the double discounts so there may be some other good stackable deals as well, share them if you find them, as i bought the K3 last year, so i am still trying to settle down my cravings for deals today!

There's also a code for 20% off the sander (on the sander page)...hey, it's another couple of bucks.

It's not a bad sander--almost too powerful for the size.

BTW Jesse, thanks for the great find! This is an awesome deal. I just ordered mine. Been wanting the K3 kit for a while and was waiting for a sale like this. Perfect timing for all of the shop cabinets I'm getting ready to do!

Hmmm I cant get this to work. Bench Dog 40-016 Prolift says it is eligible on the page but when I add it with the sander it does not discount.

Jeff, I got the same thing when I tried to throw the Bosch Colt router in there as the power tool...said it was eligible on the page, but the promo wouldn't apply. I finally just threw the GMC sander (which is basically free) on there. I'd try to call CS tomorrow.

(did you get your JTAS yet??)

No I cancelled JTAS as they kept pushing shipping date back. Got a new Unisaw. Thread in tool talk.

                          JessEm 02001 Rout-R-Lift.

I believe there will be above table bit change issues with this lift. Since the M12V must stay in its base the collet can not extend beyond the M12V base, much less the swiss cheese mounting ring and the actual plate.

The cool thing about using a router motor without the base in a JessEm (or Woodpecker, etc) is that the actual motor will come up through the opening of the plate fully extending the collet an 1" or 2" above the plate.

Don't forget the free Kreg SKO2 Pocket Hole Screw Kit valued at $21.49.

It took 42 minutes on the phone with the CS but they were finally able to apply all the correct promotions.

Kreg K3MS K3 Master Pocket Hole Jig System $139
GMC ADS75 1.1 Amp Detail Sander with Dust Port $12.66
Kreg SKO2 Pocket Hole Screw Kit $21.49

                            Item(s) Subtotal:$173.15
                            Shipping & Handling:$15.64
                            Best Value Savings: $-21.49
                            Promotional Certificate: $-5.00
                            Promotional Certificate: $-27.80
                            Super Saver Discount: $-15.64
                            Promotion Applied: $-4.30
                            Promotional Certificate: $-2.53
                            Promotion Applied: $-15.00
                            -----Total Before Tax:$97.03
                            Estimated Tax:$0.00
                            Gift Certificate/Card Amount:$50.00
                            -----Grand Total:$47.03

The $5.00 promo was from something else plus there is a $20 rebate coming. I guess it took the CS so long cause there were so many promo's attached to the Kreg Kit. If you order make sure you get all the promo's.

                            1. Free Screw Kit.
                            2. 20% off the value of the screw kit.
                            3. 20% off the K3 Master Kit
                            4. 20% off the detail sander SAVEXTRA
                            5. $15 off the order for orders over $100.
                            6. $20 Mail in rebate.

When placing the order without the CS rep's help everything came up as it should except the 20% off the K3 Master Kit which was the reason for the call.

                            Good Luck!
