    HF: Mobile tool stand

I don't know if this is a decent piece of equipment, but for $55 it may be work a try:

A friend of mine purchased one from HF several years ago and I attached his chop saw to it. It seemed to be a sturdy but rather heavy saw stand.

FIL has one and seems to like it. It takes a little work to get the two outside rollers squared up and level but once you do that it's a pretty solid stand.

I just looked at the product manual. It seems the weight capacity stock is just 50lbs. That seems sort of low to me. Of course I was also thinking that for the $55 it cheaper then a couple-three roller stands if that was all it got used for...

But with shipping it might be cheaper to just visit HD and get the MSUV someone pointed out to me. Our's has the older model for $99 still.

I have one and regret buying it. It's very cumbersome to get from the folded position into the upright position. The spring loaded pins and levers they use just don't work well. And some of the roller extensions just get in the way and have to be carried around or stored separately.
