I have the 50 tooth that is similar and it is one of my favorites. I have several blades that need sharpening but I keep running into these deals and just buy a new one instead.

My blades came today,and I am pleasantly surprised by the quality.
I usually use 50TFreud diablo blades and they have worked fine for me,but this blade seems to give a nicer cut even at 40T.

The carbide is really polished nice and seems sharper than the new diablo I have sitting next to it.
Also,the blades are made in the U.K.
I like that
All in all,this was a really good deal and thanks for the heads-up.

Hmm... I was checking my CC statement to see if HD credited my card for something I returned (they didn't), but did noticed that the authorization Amazon placed on my CC for these two blades had expired. I checked Amazon and they still have my order, but say July 12-18 for delivery.

Does Amazon just run the card again when it is time to ship?

I believe they do. They first run it when the order is placed for authorization to make sure the card is good then actually charge the card when the order is shipped. I've seen it happen on my orders.

Oh sure...rub it in just b/c I missed it! All's well though, my 30T WWII arrived just after this deal went south! Would have loved to try the DW at this price.
