Sorry Guys, this sounds like a great deal but I don't SEE it???
I went to Sears and found it at $1049.99??? Is there a link to the lower price?
Thanks for the great deals I have found here!

    Thanks! 22104 NOT 22124

You were looking at the 22124, what you are looking for is the 22104.

      Link to the 22104

I went to the local Sears and they entered 22104 into the system. The price came back as $399.00 on clearance which is what they said they would sell it for not $265 as it shows online. They did say I could buy online and pay shipping.

Doesn't ordering online give you an option to pick it up in a store? Also, aren't they supposed to price match to online? They did for my 21829 (I could have ordered online and driven 65 miles to a 'real' Sears to pick it up free, or go into our local Sears 'dealer' and order it through them--they price-matched to online within 30 days).

Traditionally not on closeout. Once it's on closeout it does some wierd inventory stuff, and from experience, some items can go out on the floor, over a year after they have been closed out. So they don't always have accurate store inventories.

I bought the 221104 one year ago for $450. After living with a BT3100 for 6 months, the 22104 is a dream.

Since occassionally a dud gets out, some people have too much experience with another saw to learn the differences, and there are some things a heavier saw like the 22140 would be better at.

He didn't provide us with enough info, to boo him.

I would honestly like to see a version of Rod Kirby's new saw (hopefully with his table problems fixed).

                    not a personal shopper

I said what I needed to say, I like my saw and others should consider it. I am not a personal shopper and if someone is interested they will decide if shipping kills the deal. I would pay the shipping as comparable saws are 750+ and I doubt if there is 500 dollars wrapped up in shipping, so anything less is a bargain.

It sure has good reviews on the Sears website. A 5 rating from every person who reviewed it ?

I just called a sears in my area and they told me that there were two in stock for $181.98
I told her that I would like one and she when to check to be sure they were in stock since it was a close out.
She came back and said that she could not find them, the inventory must have been off.
Man talk about crushing my hopes. I am very pleased with my BT but for less than $200 I would have tested this one.

Although these seem to be an excellent line of saws from Orien, take the Sears reviews with a huge grain of salt. Sears removes negative reviews from their product reviews. Read some about the bandsaws and you will see people who have to give a five star rating so they can post their negative experiences w/o the scanners picking up on them since their previous one and two star rating were removed shortly after posting.

I have a couple less than flattering reviews of C-man tools on their website. AFAIK they are still there. For example, I reviewed the 24855 table saw. Gave it a 2 star rating and an honest opinion. It's still there.

I purchased a TS3650 and I sold the c-man for what I paid for it over the weekend (I paid $99 for it because of a small crack in the base, which is very common).

However, if I could find one in store and didn't have to pay the $215 shipping, I could justify returning the TS3650 and picking one up along with some cast iron wings to replace the steel ones along with the other accessories for what I paid for the TS3650.

Isn't the TS3650 a Ridgid table saw with a cast iron table and sold at Home Depot instead of Sears?
