The Shop Cabinet plan looks interesting. I may have to make 2, one for the shop and one for the basement. Thanks for the link!
There will be no parking in my shop

I built the workbench 5-6 years ago. I still use it today and it has survived (3) moves. Its fairly simple to build and provides a stable work area.

AW is a sleeper WW mag. It has evolved into one of the better choices.

IMHO some are just great. Others, such as the last issue, didn't make it through one bathroom break! LOL! They do try to give a little something extra to the hand tool worker. Chris Swartz (or whatever his name is), the editor, seems to favor hand tools. I find the series about the guy who dresses up in 18th Century clothes and uses hand tools from that period absolutely mind numbing. I mean one article would have been fine, but an entire ongoing series?

Bench plan is ok but was hoping for a more solid top. May just get that HF 4 drawer bench.

                Jeffrey,
I think you're confusing AW with Popular Woodworking.
