This is an OK deal (not super) on a GREAT router. Both the 2-1/4 HP and the 3-1/4 Triton Routers are on sale at amazon, shipped free. The price on the 2-1/4 is $189, which is the cheapest I've found it (froogle search here), but you can find the 3-1/4 model cheaper (try Woodcraft, for instance). Free shipping on both routers, although both appear to be currently out of stock. $189 shipped made it worth it to me!
