It's ok. This is the old tried and true but I feel that PC maybe phasing it out for newer models since everyone is clearing them out. I'd say that price is getting to be pretty standard.

The 11A VS is $113.99 for those of you such as myself who wouldn't want a non-VS. BUt is not eligble for the rebate.

I think my PC690 was around 140.00 or so. Although it is an older model and does not have features such as variable speed or soft start, it is still a great router. In fact, it is the only router I have. Not having variable speed does not bother me because I don't use bits over 1 1/2 inch in diamater. 1 3/4 HP seems to be fine for the work I do. If you want a good basic router, I'd recomend it.
