WD-40 12 cans for $11

Well, yesterday I sent an e-mail through Google Checkout requesting that my order be canceled when I saw that the Web site had changed to quantity 1. I received a copy of my e-mail but nothing further from CompUSA/Google Checkout until today when I received a notice that the order had shipped. It arrived today-1 can for nearly $12 with tax. I've sent them another message asking for the remaining 11 cans or a return label. We'll see what happens next.

guess, i'll be in the same boat. i ordered via google as well. no emails either.

if nothing good comes out of compusa, i'll dispute the charge on my amex.

I never did get an e-mail back from CompUSA. I called them today, waited 20 minutes on hold, and then laid out the entire story to the customer service rep. She said that she would request that I be credited back for the total. I asked about the can of WD-40 that they sent me and she told me that they did not want it back.

well, you at least got a can out of it. time to check if all those claims about the product are indeed true.
