What do I have to do to get the extra 15% applied to the price? I added the item to my cart and went the whole way through checkout (not the final step tho') but the price did not show the 15%. I've tried this with other tools as well but nothing seems to add the 15% for me. Is there a code or something I have to use? -

call your local lowes, and ask them if they have it in stock. use the item number from lowes.com.
