I'll scan you one tomorrow when I'm back at work after a much-needed weeks vacation.

Receipt as promised. Good luck, some stores will price match, some won't, and when it comes to nonstock items it's a crapshoot sometimes.

        Success..sort a

I got mine today!!!! I used the origional reciept that was posted for 160 something. I found one at the store in west fort woth off I820 (Hurst, Bryant Irving and now West Fort Wort are sold out). The manager said he wasn't sure why they were selling them so cheap, because his cost on them was 260.00 He said he wanted me to be happy and continue to shop @ lowes, so he would go 200.00. I figured that was pretty good for a 350.00 dc....great buy at 100.00jwaterdog. I'm taking you car shopping next time I go
Awww forget trying to fix it!!!! Lets just drink beer

Thanks for the post - my local Lowes just brought down a lot of overhead stock, and I saw this dust collector amoung everything else. I tried to look up the item online, realized it was non-stock, and searched for it here. (They'd never put this on the floor, so I imagine they never sold many of these...)

They put a clearance price of around $261. I tried price matching with your receipt, got shot down. Tried matching at another Lowes, shot down again. Tried matching again at another Lowes, and was successful. Out the door for $100 plus local tax.

Which lowes did they price match at and did they have any more left? Thanks!

help: anyone in the SW usa?

has anyone in the sw usa (california, nevad, az, etc) buy this dust collector for 100 or 163? if so, do you think you could post a reciept. one of the manager said that it would be easier to price match in the same market, ie sw usa.

                  well, thanks in advace!

well, a store here in az has matched the price. so if anyone in az is trying to get the same deal, i'd be happy to send them a copy of my reciept.

the lowes here are really uncooperative, unlike the east coast ones!

                      Congrats, Omar...

I've noticed around my area that the newer the store is, the less likely it is that they'll match a price for a non-stock item below their cost. On this item at the Lowes closest to my house, the sales manager refused to budge from their in-store clearance price of $263. Two days later, they marked it down to $150 and put it up in front of the store. Still there...

Each store has a budget for markdowns as per store manager in Lancaster PA.

I was just at the Lowes in Plymouth Meeting PA, they have the display left marked at $166. I asked if they could do better. The tool mgr is in tomorrow, the guy told me that the tool manager would do much better. I already have one and I love it, so if you are local go get this one... It looks good and complete.
