I've been looking for a mid range scroll saw and the Delta SS350LS seems like it is one of the few saws in between the $99 junk and the $400 Dewalt, plus it comes with a stand.



This is the all-time low price according to Frozen Warrior. I've seen the same item at Lowes/BORG for $220.

It also qualifies for Free Shipping.

Looks like a great deal -- especially with the stand included! Of course, you have to have space for it on the floor if you have the stand -- mine lives on a shelf under my sander until I need it.

I recently got this scroll saw reconditioned from the Harbor Freight Website for $100.

This is the SS350 for $130

But this is the 40-570, which is the old model number for the exact same saw (as far as I could tell), which is the one I ordered. It shipped surprisingly fast and shipping was only like $7 or something:

It was in great condition and so far has been running great! It is a good saw!

So, can the HF coupon be used online for the scroll saw? Is it available in the store? I have never seen a delta product in store.

Better deal at Lowes

Lowes has this saw on clearance for $169. With the current 15% off sale the total would be $143, which is better than the original Amazon deal.
