I can't find that exact product # anywhere else, but the description is exactly the same as this one at Amazon for $85. 4 stars with 5 reviews. Some say you don't get all the parts you need though.

I think it was a 1-time use coupon. I got it after filling in the form in the link. I put in today's date, b/c technically I did make a purchase today... the other info wasn't required.
