    Rockler Bosch 1617 kit

Rockler has the 1617EVSPK Combo with case on sale for $219.00 ...same price as lowes.

But they threw in a 3rd base, a table mount base and a $25.00 gift card to boot.

    Sale is good til 3/25

In store or online? I assume the 3rd base is D-handle? If it is that is a great deal.

The third base is a fixed base for table mount. It has no handles, but does have above the table adjustment.

I bought a kit Saturday, and sold my Hitachi kit last night.

I'm thinking about selling my PC 6960 kit and getting yet another Bosch.

Ok, I am familiar with that base. It works ok. Not a good as a lift but less expensive, especially in this kit. You will still need to go under the table to unlock the base to make the above the table fine adjustment.

Selling the PC 6960 and getting another Bosch kit maybe a good idea. Since you have the in table, fixed and plunge in your orignal kit, sell the table and plunge in the second kit for around $100.

Actually, I have a 1617 in a Jessem FX lift from a kit I bought a couple of years ago. I don't take it out of the table much, so I wanted another kit that I could use for DT and hand-held work. I'm thinking to get yet another kit, sell both the undertable bases, one of the plunge base, and one of the fixed bases.

It was in a flyer, not sure if they are offering it online. Might just be an in-store offer.

online they do have it paired up with some other add-ons.
