Definately killer deals. Here's hoping that the lemon color doesn't indicate the quality

I received my roofing nailer today and tested it in my basement with some old shingles and it works very well for the price. I'd been eying more expensive Dewalts that I have used before, but from my half an hour of playing with it, I like it a lot.

This was a great deal, thanks Jeffery

          angled -vs- straight

got a question. i already have a straight finish nailer by ridgid (havnt used it yet - no compressor). what is the difference between a stright and angled? cant you just hold the straight on an angle and fire the nail? they have a straight and an angled for most guns, but never understood why.

The mag on a straight nailer will prohibit you from holding it up against the wall or work piece at an angle. The straight nailers are usually 16 ga versus 15 ga on the angled nailers. Hope this helps.

not really. looking at the picture, they have the same clearance in front of the nailer, and then the lowest point on the nailer are the ruubber feet, so by having mag (is that the place the nails are held?) on an angle, it just give you more room, but the straight would still preform the job, right?

once you explain it more for me, then does that mean you should always buy the angled one (because it can do what the straight one does and more)?

Did anyone else order the 15 ga angled finish nailer? For me, the delivery estimate was 3/5-3/10 and status was "carrier notified to pick up package" as of 2/28. Something tells me the problem isn't that the carrier is neglecting to pick up the package. I wonder if they sold more than could be easily shipped? (On the lighter side, Amazon's response to my query was to wait another day for delivery and start the refund/replacement process.)

I received mine without issue. I ordered it the same day as it was posted here on the site.

                  Hope this helps,
