Wilton 4pc Clamp Set - Big Lots $8

It looks like Big Lots is doing it again. I found this Wilton 4 piece clamp set for only $8.00. Here is a link to a picture at Amazon where they want $18.45 plus shipping. The picture shows 2 clamps, but there are also 2 more on the back of the package. The smaller will clamp 1" and the larger will clamp 2".

This may not be at all Big Lots. I live near 2 of them in Colorado and they didn't have these, but the one in Englewood did. For those of you in the Denver area it is the one just West of Hampden Ave and Broadway where the old Cinderella City Mall used to be.

Lowes has Bessey Brand of the same items (4) pk for $9.99. I posted in BA or Tool Talk about them a couple weeks ago.

Yep; apparently identical but for color and label. I bought one four pack (a no-brainer: singles were selling for ~$4.80 each, or ten bucks for the four-pack) and am giving serious consideration to going back for another pack. I meant to holler out a word of thanks in that other thread, but forgot. A GREAT buy, and these little guys are MUCH more tenacious than Quick Grips.

the reason why i asked for the upc or biglot's product number was so that i can call before i got to the store. they can then tell me if their other stores had it.

someone a few weeks back had posted a similar deal, but they do not have them here in az. checked today aswell.

Glad I could help. I saw the post a few weeks ago about the 24" bar clamps and picked up four of them at $7 each.

This store also had the 360 degree Portalock bar clamp bases. Both the regular and the mini that hold the bar clamps on a work bench.

thanks for the info. i went by another store last night, but they dont seem to have it either. with the numbers, i can now just call and confirm that they dont carry it. whats funny, i forgot to stop by lowes, even though those were the only two places i was going. i feel like i am loosing my mind!
