Found it on Woodnet. Have not used it yet but it has no expiration date. You can print it and use it as often as you want. It says cannot be cmind with a sale but Woodnet users report buying sale items with it.

It says it cannot be combined with other discounts, but it also says "Savings discount percentage off Harbor Freight current prices, including current sale prices".
Seems like if they can get past the lack of expiration date the combining with sale prices shouldn't be a problem.
