    HF 10 ga 28 deg framing nailer deal?

    HF has this framing nailer for 49.99. Is it a deal? item 94000.

    When I look at the page it shows the price as $79.

    It looks like there is no depth setting on this model so adjustments will have to be made with air pressure. Also, based on the links to nails this is probably a clipped head nailer. If you are going to use this for true framing work be aware that I think that clipped head nails are not code compliant in some areas.

          I have had the 6in 1 nail gun for over a year now and I am very happy with it great gun many nail options and it has never jammed.
          Just make sure you change all settings for the different nails.

            I used the heck out of HF framing nailer this Summer. Can't remember if it was 28 deg but I think it may have been. Worked like a champ. Very few issues, except on sometimes it wouldn't fire the last two nails in the clip. That only happened a few times. I was thrilled with it for the price.

              Another HF option

              They now have the 93760 28 degree Framing nailer takes both reg and clipped nails on sale $79 vs $199. What do you guys think of that one? They are out of stock on the $49 clip head model..
