On the Sears website the zipcode saws and the 10" and 12" bandsaws retail prices have been increased. The zipcode saws are $1099 and $729 retail now and the 12" bandsaw is $349 and the 10" is $159.

Looks like I'll be getting a Grizzly when the time comes then. The zip codes were great priced saws, on sale. I suspect the CC sale will now be $899+taxes. Guess I should have bought one earlier.

I am selling a new never used 22124(still upacked in metal crate) w. a new 30" Unifence from my Unisaw in the So. Cal/LA area if anyone is interested. I have 1 person that I have talked to but nothing has been finalized. He would have first choice if we agree on a price unless someone would pick it up at my home instead of me having to move it to my office 75 miles away for pickup. Not really the distance but having to remove the lid on my PU and lift the saw to the tailgate on a 4x4 f350, and off and on to another PU. I do not want anything to get damaged in the process. Sears is only a few miles away from my home.
