Seen this elsewhere around the same price. Two things to note:
1) No soft start or VS -- at least on the ones I looked at
2) Not a through-dovetail jig

1) No, but you can use the HF router speed controller on this unit.

2) According to Porter Cable templates are available to use through dovetails.
The Lowe's in Everett WA sells this model for $110.00

The total price seems to be a good deal, maybe not great, but each item has a good track record.
