Stanely tool chest on clearance at Target - $24.98

Thanks to the previous thread about Dewalt clearance items at Target I tried two targets and didn't find anything worth buying. I took a trip to my local Lowes to see if I could grab the delta ambient air cleaner and there happened to be a target in the same shopping center in Burbank, CA. Stopped in at target and didn't find any dewalt tools but ended up picking up this tool chest

    http://www.target.com/gp/detail.html...sin=B000HWT9PS

which was marked $99.99 on clearance for $24.98. They still had one left as of tonight. I don't think it has ball bearing drawers but for $25 I couldn't resist. I fgure the casters alone are worth $25.

Edit: Description on Target's website says ball bearing drawer slides.

Description on Target.com says ""Ball-bearing slides offer smooth drawer operation". Good deal IMO.

I just saw that myself. Will edit the original post. Thanks.

Did yours include the 54 piece tool set that is listed in the description?

Full price at my local store. Any suggestions on a price match? Maybe you could post the receipt?

Yes it included the tool set, exactly as described on the Target website.

Half off at my store, perhaps someone could post the $25 receipt?

              Thanks

I'll try to post the receipt when I get home tonight. Not sure what Target's price match policy is but I guess it doesn't hurt to try.

Our local Target isn't much fun to bargain with at all. They won't even price match neighboring competitors with an add from a current flyer. Doubt they'd go for the receipt option!

                  Go for you though!

I just got back from my local target, it rang up at full price. I'm not sure of their price match policy but it couldn't hurt to try with the scanned receipt.

I scanned the receipt but it did not come out very clear when I tried to reduce the size of the file to post. Here it is, if you want a larger clearer image shoot me a PM with your email address and I will send you the file, approximately 9mb, might need to compress it before sending though. Let me know if there is a better way of posting a larger image.

Meh, $99 here in Buford GA. I did find a B&D automatic clamp for 1/2 price ($15) though.

Well, I got the copy of the reciept. However, the 2 Targets I went to said they (the Target Corp.) don't pricematch anything with anyone- not even another of their own stores. So, no deal for me.

They will pay you $15 to take the B&D Automatic Clamp from the store? I don't know, still may not be a good deal!

Sandy Springs Target had an endcap full of auto clamps @ $7.58 IIRC. There may be a day that I will wish I had one or two!
