    Sounds like BT3 for $50

Here's something from the Seattle Craigslist:

    Table Saw - $50

I bought this table saw from Home Depot a couple of years ago for my condo remodel. I no longer need it and want to clear out my garage. It works fine and the only thing it is missing is the plastic guard that covers the blade. Below is a description of what it is.

Portable and powerful, this lightweight, 10 In. table saw runs at 4,800 rpm while featuring outfeed support which sustains additional material while you're making cuts. Also handy are the 2 different options for positioning the miter fence for accommodating up to 12-1/4 In. of crosscut capacity. The miter and rip fences can be conveniently stored onboard, keeping vital accessories close at hand.

    • 15 amp motor runs at 4,800 rpm to power through a wide variety of cuts
    • 36-tooth carbide-tipped blade for quick and accurate ripping and crosscutting
    • 20 In. rip capacity for cutting wider material easily
    • Sliding miter table easily guides material for crosscuts

If that's what it sounds like, it would be a heck of a deal for someone looking for a BT3.

Sounds more like the BTS10 (or something similar)?

I am no BT3 expert, but I think only the BT3 series has the sliding miter table. BTS10 is only 13 amps.

Sounds like a great deal on a BT3

        sounds as if it is a BT10, Bt15,or Bt20 to me not a Bt3000 or Bt3100.

Didn't think the BT3 blade ran that fast.
